McLaren has locked out the front row of the starting grid for tomorrow 2025 Australian Grand Prix, with Lando Norris beating team-mate Oscar Piastri to pole by less than a tenth of a second.
Scroll down to see the how the full grid will look when it lines up for the first race of the season in Melbourne: the lights go out at 3pm local time — which will mean a 4am GMT start for UK fans.
Setting your alarm early should prove worthwhile though, with the prospect of Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc trying to recover from an underwhelming qualifying session for Ferrari; Yuki Tsunoda and Alex Albon defending their fifth and sixth places; and a host of rookies looking to make their mark from near the back of the grid.
And then there’s the prospect of rain too: a wet start is forecast for the race, along with cooler temperatures.
It all points to an unmissable Australian Grand Prix. Here’s how the grid will line up, unless any penalties are imposed between now and the start.
